Python 3.11+ on PATH (first run creates a private venv)

Install in 60 seconds

Download and unzip anywhere (e.g. Documents)
Double-click START.bat
First run installs dependencies (needs internet once)
Browser opens http://127.0.0.1:8000 — keep the black window open
